Ever had a few minutes to spare and didn't know how to use them? In my spare time, I like to make loom bracelets. You can make them in various colors and designs and share them with your friends. YouTube has plenty of tutorials for bracelets ranging from simple to absolutely intricate. I would like to share with you one of my favorite bracelet designs. It is called raindrops. This bracelet is fairly simple and should take about 20 minutes from start to finish. Happy Looming!
What you Need:
Loom bracelets require few supplies and those you would need could be found at Walmart or any craft store:
Rubber Loom bands in 2 colors
(I used 31 of each color. The amount varies based upon the size of your wrist.)
Loom peg board
(You honestly don't need it, but it's easier than using your fingers.)
Loom s or c clips
(They should come with your bands.)
Peg pick
(This is also optional, but it does make grabbing the bands easier.)
What to Do:
1.Use your fingers to make your first band into a criss cross shape. This is vital, and it's the base of your bracelet.
2. Place your still crossed band on the end of your peg board.
3. Take a band of the other color, and stretch it across the opposite pegs.
4. Then, stretch another band of the same color over both.
5. While using your pick, grab every band underneath the bands on top and pull over the peg then drop. In my example, pull the gray band over yellow ones.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until your bracelet is the desired length.
7. Finally, clip your ends together, and wear it with pride or give it to a friend!
