For a Friday or Saturday night treat, or sometimes at a sleepover, I turn a can of biscuits
into dinner and dessert.

It’s best to use jumbo biscuits because of their size.
There are eight biscuits in a can so decide how many of each recipe you want to make.

INGREDIENTS
One can of jumbo biscuits
Pizza Sauce
Shredded Cheese
Your Choice of Pizza Toppings
Spices from your Pantry
Cooking Oil
Butter Spray
Sugar and Cinnamon or Powdered Sugar

PERSONAL PIZZA
Separate the biscuits and lay them out, flattening them a little and rolling up the edges a
little too. Spoon on your desired amount of pizza sauce and spread it over the dough.
Add your favorite toppings such as red or green peppers, mushrooms, bacon,
pepperoni or even corn. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and season with spices –
pepper, oregano, garlic powder, parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 14-17
minutes.

DIPPING DONUTS
Separate the biscuits and make a hole in the middle of each one, rounding them out a
little into a donut shape. Heat up vegetable or canola oil in a small pot. Drop in biscuits
and cook until golden brown. While still hot, spray with butter and shake in a small plastic sandwich bag with sugar and cinnamon or powdered sugar. These homemade
donuts taste great dipped into hot chocolate or dipped into a scoop of ice cream.
