The Season's Colors - A Poem

While the world is turning round and round, colors come and go without a sound.

But when Springtime rolls around, pink, green, and brown come about.

Then when Springtime goes away, Summer comes without delay.

With Summer here, in a swirl, blue and yellow finally unfurl.

And when Summer goes away, Autumn starts to show itself in its funny little way.

With Autumn's arrival, shall we say, the reds and oranges are more noticeable every day.

Then when all the leaves start to shrivel and curl, winter's white blanket is thrown over the world.

Then the world falls into dreamy sleep, but the colors will come back, just wait and see.
